Time to market for a new product is an ever decreasing requisite, and the need for design validation, particularly on increasingly complex forms, is essential in many cases before commiting to tooling.

A number of Rapid Prototyping techniques are available to produce aesthetic or dimensionally correct models. Stereolithography and Laser Sintering are two of the methods that we can use in conjunction with our RP partners to provide you with samples from 3D data in a matter of days.

Where pre-production volumes in higher quantity, or fully-functional samples from production-intent material are a necessity, we can provide Rapid Prototype Tooling to manufacture these, usually in a leadtime of between 1-4 weeks, dependant on part geometry.                                                                                                                                   << back next >>
