Quality Assurance

We know how important consistent Quality is, both in the parts and service supplied, and we continually work to ensure that customer confidence is maintained in this area. We are currently working to become an ISO 9000 registered company.

For product conformance checks, we  use calibrated digital gauging and measuring equipment, and non-contact optical measuring machines using linear position encoders with geometrical feature recognition programs, as well as performing mating component fit-and-function checks.

We can, as required, provide full ISIR data from new product programmes, SPC data as required from ongoing production, and Capability Study data for process and tooling validation on request as part of project management.                                                                                                                                                                                next >>
