Planning & Standards

Advanced Quality Planning is an important step in ensuring product is right the first time. Whilst we can produce tooling and mouldings purely from 3D CAD data, we also like to have a 2D drawing so that we can identify critical and significant features, and gauging dimensions.

From these, and dependant on project management requirements,we can produce an FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), chart process flow routes, and produce Control Plans and Inspection Data.

Alternatively, we can produce control drawings and visual inspection instructions, and agree these with your Design & QA personnel.
